High precision – high flexibility

Ceropa A/S operates the best die-casting machines with variable shot sections and the latest control technology from Bühler, with a closing pressure ranging from 420 tons to 1400 tons. All machines are equipped with robots to ensure optimal release agent application with great uniformity.

The hallmark of die casting is that the tooling is relatively expensive, whereas the actual casting of individual components is cost-effective. As early as 2,000 – 3,000 units, it becomes profitable to choose die casting over other casting methods.

The metal is melted at the casting machine, ensuring high flexibility when changing alloys. We are capable of casting components ranging from 1 kg up to 21 kg.

We have developed expertise in challenging components that, for example, require pressure-tight materials or have thin wall thickness.

Tool changes require time at all foundries, so we emphasize optimal production planning to utilize time most effectively for quality casting.

We cast aluminum components in the following alloys: EN46500 (DS 4254), EN44300 (DS 4261), and Silafont 09 – 36.
